1. Who we are

Boostoza is an online panel that lets you purchase digital marketing and engagement services for public social media profiles and content. We are not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Telegram, X Corp., Kick, or any other platform we support. All platform trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate contact information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.

3. Services we provide

Boostoza offers digital engagement and related SMM products (for example likes, views, followers, comments, and similar metrics) that are delivered to a public URL, username, or content link you provide. Delivery speed, quality tier, and refill windows vary by package and are described on the order or pricing pages at the time of purchase.

• We never ask for your social media password. Orders are fulfilled using public links or handles only.
• Results are not guaranteed to convert into long-term organic growth, monetization, or algorithm ranking.
• Platforms may change rules, remove content, or limit accounts; that is outside our control.

4. Orders, wallet & payment

You may fund a wallet balance via our secure payment partners and spend that balance on orders. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Placing an order authorizes us to deduct the displayed amount from your wallet and to start fulfillment. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future orders.

Wallet credits are for use on Boostoza only and have no cash value outside the Service unless required by law.

5. Your responsibilities

• Only order services for profiles, pages, or content you own or are authorized to promote.
• Do not use the Service for illegal content, hate, scams, impersonation, or anything that violates platform terms in a way that creates unlawful harm.
• Provide a correct, public, and accessible link. Wrong or private links may delay or prevent delivery.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or overload our systems.

6. Delivery, status & refills

Most orders begin shortly after payment confirmation. Progress and status are shown in your dashboard where available. If an eligible package includes a refill window and delivered counts drop within that window, we will refill according to the package terms.

Delays can occur due to platform limits, queue load, or incorrect order details. Contact support if an order appears stuck beyond the expected timeframe shown for that service.

7. Intellectual property

The Boostoza name, logo, website design, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our panel without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostoza disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for platform bans, shadowbans, reach changes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of engagement services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms, prices, or available services. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may discontinue features or close accounts with notice when reasonably possible.
