Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Boostoza (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, wallet, and SMM order services. We aim to collect only what we need to run the panel securely and deliver your orders.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and profile photo from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google), plus a unique user ID.
  • Wallet & payments: top-up amounts, payment IDs, transaction status, and balance history. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor — we do not store them.
  • Order data: platform, service type, package, quantity, public link/handle, price, and status.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and basic usage logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
  • Support messages: content you send to our support email or chat.

2. How we use information

  • Create and manage your Boostoza account and dashboard.
  • Process wallet top-ups, deduct balance for orders, and show transaction history.
  • Fulfill SMM orders (likes, views, followers, and related services) using the public links you provide.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Respond to support requests and send important service notices (e.g. payment or order issues).
  • Improve site performance, pricing clarity, and product catalog.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for social media passwords, 2FA codes, or recovery emails for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other network. Orders use public URLs or usernames only.

4. Sharing of data

We share data only when needed to operate the Service:

  • Payment providers (secure checkout / 3-D Secure) to process top-ups.
  • Fulfillment partners and APIs that deliver the engagement services you ordered (they receive the public link and order parameters, not your password).
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, analytics) under contractual safeguards.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, and features such as order/wallet history on your device. You can clear local storage in your browser; some features may stop working until you sign in again.

6. Retention

We keep account, payment, and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of account data subject to lawful retention requirements.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, and separation of payment card handling via certified processors. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please protect your login and devices.

8. International users

If you access Boostoza from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be processed in other regions. By using the Service you understand that transfers may occur as needed to provide the panel.

9. Your choices

  • Update profile details via your sign-in provider where applicable.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support.
  • Stop using the Service and close your account by contacting us.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used Boostoza, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Questions: support@boostoza.com.
